La Cage Aux Folles is a seven-foot high, ten-by-ten-foot cage holding a four-foot-diameter glass globe. The globe is balanced on a sword, and suspended by clear nylon fiber thread. The bars of the cage are metal. Hundreds of used handguns and rifles are suspended from the ceiling of the cage, pointed at the globe.
