WITNESSS TO GENOCIDE: This flag made from the flags of Israel and Palestine. On this flag are the names of the more than 450 towns destroyed by the Israeli Army in 1948. On this flag is a Yahrzeit candle commemorating Kristallnacht and the destruction of Jewish communities in Germany. I honor my Jewish grandparents generation who suffered from the holocaust. Today, this flag commemorates this and the Nakabh – the founding of Israel and the destruction of Palestinian communities.
